How do I get started with FitHub.Performance?
Getting started is simple: purchase your monthly membership, complete the intake form with your goals and information, and receive your personalized training and nutrition program within 24 hours. You'll get access to your member portal where you can view your program and track progress.
What's included in the monthly membership?
Your membership includes a personalized training program, custom nutrition framework, exercise video demonstrations, progress tracking tools, monthly program updates, and access to your member portal. All programs are delivered digitally and accessible from any device.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time from your member portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer programs for beginners?
Absolutely! Our programs are designed for all experience levels. Your intake form includes questions about your training experience, and we'll create a program that matches your current fitness level with appropriate exercise selection, volume, and progression.
What if I don't have gym access?
No problem! We can create programs for any equipment situation - full gym, home gym, minimal equipment, or bodyweight only. Your intake form asks about your equipment access, and we'll design your program accordingly.
How do monthly program updates work?
Your program evolves as you progress. Each month, we'll update your training and nutrition frameworks based on your progress and feedback. This ensures continuous adaptation and prevents plateaus, keeping you on track toward your goals.
Is this 1-on-1 coaching?
FitHub.Performance provides system-based programming, not 1-on-1 coaching. You'll receive personalized training and nutrition frameworks based on your intake data, but this is not a personal training service. Our approach focuses on structured, scalable programs designed for results.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Monthly billing is automatic and can be managed from your member portal.
